Clear expectations make better programs.

Effective August 28, 2026. These terms are between you and Mariana Danilovic dba Hollywood Portfolio, operator of OptiSpan Studio.

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18. By using the service or enrolling, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, and Health Disclaimer.

Educational fitness and nutrition service

OptiSpan provides general educational fitness and nutrition programming. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, manage medication, or replace a physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or emergency service. GLP-1 programs are only for adults already using a GLP-1 medication under their own licensed clinician's care.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, using appropriate judgment, stopping activity when unsafe, and consulting qualified professionals when health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medication, eating-disorder history, or clinician-directed restrictions may affect safety. Do not submit medication or prescription details.

Subscriptions and payment

Programs are monthly subscriptions. Current prices and included features appear before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are limited to duplicate charges, failed delivery, or where legally required. See the Subscription Policy.

No guaranteed outcomes

Results vary. OptiSpan does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, disease prevention, increased lifespan, medical improvement, or any particular result. Body-composition methods have different assumptions and error ranges.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Your program is licensed for personal, noncommercial use. Do not copy, resell, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or another person's private program link. OptiSpan may suspend access for misuse, fraud, security threats, or payment failure.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Technology and third-party services may be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiSpan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Questions, cancellations, and disputes may be submitted through the contact form.
