Plans and billing

OptiSpan offers six monthly subscriptions: Standard Nutrition ($29), Standard Fitness ($29), Standard Complete ($49), GLP-1 Nutrition ($39), GLP-1 Fitness ($39), and GLP-1 Complete ($69). The price displayed at checkout controls if it differs from this page. Stripe charges the displayed amount when you enroll and each month thereafter until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the contact form by choosing "Membership, cancellation, or refund." Submit the request before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through that period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Payments are generally nonrefundable. Refunds are available for duplicate charges, failed delivery of the purchased service, or where legally required. Submit the transaction date, amount, and checkout email through the contact form. Do not send full card numbers.

Failed payments and price changes

Access may be paused after a failed or reversed payment. Any future price change will be disclosed before it applies as required by law; continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
