Effective August 28, 2026. This policy applies to OptiSpan Studio, operated by Mariana Danilovic dba Hollywood Portfolio ("OptiSpan," "we," or "us").
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including contact details; age; goals; training, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, injury, limitation, and dietary information; body measurements; optional body-composition reports; contact requests; and transaction references. Please do not submit medication names, doses, prescription details, symptoms, or side effects.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, create and display your requested program, process and verify subscriptions, respond to requests, maintain records, troubleshoot, prevent misuse, and comply with law. We do not use submitted health-related information for targeted advertising.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure host the site, database, and optional uploads. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout page. OptiSpan does not receive or store your full card number. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and sales
We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate the service, when you direct us, to protect rights and safety, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information or consumer health data.
Retention and security
We retain information while reasonably needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security, transaction, and legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable, subject to normal backup cycles and applicable law. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. We may verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. See the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for additional health-data information.
Age limitation and changes
The service is for adults age 18 and older. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
