Data covered

Depending on what you submit, consumer health data may include body measurements and composition, fitness and nutrition goals, training history, sleep, dietary information, injuries or limitations, optional uploaded reports, and requests or exercise-comfort answers supplied to the optional plan assistant.

Sources and purposes

We collect this information directly from you to create and deliver your requested program, support the service, respond to requests, maintain security, and comply with law. With your consent, the plan assistant uses relevant goals, preferences, dietary and limitation notes, and your request to propose meal and exercise changes. Exercise-comfort answers help determine whether to pause a movement or request individual guidance. We do not request medication names, doses or prescription details.

Sharing

We share data with processors needed to host and operate the service, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. If you opt in to the assistant, relevant request and preference data is also sent to the OpenAI API. Your name, email, payment identifiers, body measurements and report uploads are not automatically included; omit identifying information from free-text requests. Stripe handles payment information but does not need your program intake to process checkout. We may also disclose information when directed by you or required by law. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. You may appeal a denied request by submitting the same form with "Privacy or data request" selected and stating that the request is an appeal. We may verify identity and respond as required by applicable law.
