Data covered

Depending on what you submit, consumer health data may include body measurements and composition, fitness and nutrition goals, training history, sleep, dietary information, injuries or limitations, and optional uploaded reports.

Sources and purposes

We collect this information directly from you to create and deliver your requested program, support the service, respond to requests, maintain security, and comply with law. We do not request medication names, doses, prescription details, symptoms, or side effects.

Sharing

We share data with processors needed to host and operate the service, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Stripe handles payment information but does not need your program intake to process checkout. We may also disclose information when directed by you or required by law. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. You may appeal a denied request by submitting the same form with "Privacy or data request" selected and stating that the request is an appeal. We may verify identity and respond as required by applicable law.
